on hold for now

Here is a preview of a painting in progress, but is tough going, so I am placing it on hold now, so I can complete another 2 new paintings for an upcoming solo exhibition. (Te Takere, Levin, new Zealand)
Strangely, now that I see the image of this work, I think it will work wonderfully, so I may yet have it complete by exhibition time. Here is a section only of the painting, a deep pink Rhododendron group.

SOLD! Marbles coloured pencil painting

Small coloured pencil artwork, part of the Celebration Of Nature Exhibition closing today.
I love that my work brightened up the artspace, and was enjoyed by so many. thank you to the Shannon Library staff, for the opportunity and welcome.
